Will has been featured on NBC, Canyon Ranch, and World Spinning Conference. David Kirschen has over 20 years of experience in personal training, coaching, education, and club management. He is an active professional powerlifter who has been ranked #1 in the United States.Michael Volkmar, MS, CSCS, PES, CPT, received his master’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Exercise, Nutrition, and Eating Behavior from George Washington University (GWU). The book feels as if it was assembled by cutting and pasting content from the webMore than half of the pages are covered by just the name of a workout or workouts in extra large, page filling letters (see picture)The specific exercises are not explained by schematic drawings or photos. Instead, they are described in a short paragraph that seems to be cut and pasted. The few photos in the book don't relate to the content.I feel that this book was produced just for Amazon on a cheap offset printing press. The title addresses a small niche not covered by many other titles. I felt lucky to have found a book that addressed that specific niche. But I got fooled because I wasn't able to browse through all the pages like you can do in a bookshop.
You could easily harvest the same lists from simple internet searches. Meh.

Mobility is essential and this book has thorough and detailed mobility exercises and workouts for all levels. Excellent!
Not what a expected. I was looking for more substanance. Didn't get much from this book.
Worthwhile collection of Mobility WODs that are super for athletes of all types. What impressed me most is that the authors have set up a YouTube playlist with video examples of all the exercises at Getfitnowdotcom which is really helpful. I was able to study the videos online then use the book as a workout planner for the gym with the visuals clearly in mind when performing the moves. The authors are the real deal.
Looking forward to incorporating these sequences into my Ironman training. Doing my 25th Ironman this year October!
